KOBO MSS-500/W

MSS -500W by Kobo possesses aesthetic enhancing properties. The microspheres of MSS -500W offers a ball-bearing effect which imparts silky texture, soft focus effect, increased pay-off and enhanced slip. Provides a non-tacky, velvety or powdery after-feel. Insoluble in water, available in the form of white powder. Used in mascaras and other cosmetic care products. 

MSS-500W is an odorless, fine white powder. This product is 12μm in size, composed of Silica, and used as a Silica Microsphere. Microspheres offer a ball-bearing effect which will impart finished products with an elegant silky texture, increased payoff, and enhanced slip which promotes better blendability on the skin. They are also able to scatter light to diminish the look of fine lines on the skin, while letting enough light through so the look of the skin is natural.

Silicas range in oil asbsorption properties. Higher oil absorbing silicas can contribute to oil control on the skin.
