It is a naturally occurring water-washed smectite clay used worldwide to stabilize emulsions and suspensions and to thicken a wide range of products. Provides good suspension at low viscosity. It has low acid demand and high acid and electrolyte compatibility. It is used in hair care formulas containing conditioning agents.
